A Legal Disclaimer

This is a legally binding agreement between you (“the guest”) and MoreMoxie and BodywithKB.

The agreement is made when you submit your signed booking form.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your booking form, as your signature confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement with us.

Your attention is specifically drawn to the section titled Exclusion of Liability.

Booking & Payment

• Once your booking form has been received, you will be asked to pay a £200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your place.

• The deposit must be received within 14 days of submitting your booking form; otherwise, we cannot guarantee your place.

• The deposit will be deducted from the total amount payable.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 12.03.27.

• If you make a booking within 6 weeks of the retreat start date, payment in full will be required at the time of booking.

Invoices & Payment Plans

• Once your booking form is received, an invoice for your deposit will be sent.

• When your deposit is paid, you’ll receive confirmation and an invoice for the remaining balance.

• Payment plan options may be available at our discretion; typically over 3, 6, or 8 months — but the full balance must be received by 12.03.27.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your place, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

Time before start date fees due

• 121 days or more - deposit only

• 120 to 61 days - 50% of total retreat fee

• 60 days or less - full retreat fee

If any payments are late, we may assume that you have cancelled your place and reserve the right to offer it to another participant.

Please ensure you have travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

Cancellation or Changes by Us

If we have to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

If we need to make any changes (e.g. minor itinerary or accommodation updates), we will inform you as soon as possible.

We will not be responsible for additional costs such as flights or travel arrangements.

Insurance Requirements

All facilitators and instructors engaged are fully insured.

However, you are required to hold your own valid travel insurance and (health insurance*) for the retreat.

Please ensure your travel insurance includes flight disruption and cancellation coverage.

Copies of your insurance documents should be provided on arrival.

What's Included

• 5 nights/6 days accommodation at Mara Coast Villa

• All meals (locally sourced and freshly prepared)

• All classes, workshops, movement and group activities

• Use of the villa’s pool, yoga deck, and communal spaces

What's Not Included

• Flights to and from Malaga

• Travel to and from the villa (airport is 25 mins away)

• Travel insurance, health insurance, or medical costs

• Additional activities or treatments not listed as part of the retreat
